adidas Zip Hoodie – Essentials 3-Stripe

From the gym to the house to the streets, you’ll look great in this sporty zip hoodie from adidas.

There’s a choice of colourway – navy and pink, or grey and yellow – and an embroidered logo on the chest, together with iconic three-stripe detail to the sleeves. The hoodie itself has a handy drawstring tightening. Also useful are the side pockets to the front.

Adi Dassler started making athletic shoes in Germany in 1924. He even kitted out Olympic legend Jesse Owens when he won his historic 4 gold medals in the 1936 Olympics. But it wasn’t until 1949 that the name “adidas” (Adi Dassler) first appeared, along with the iconic three stripes motif. Since then, the company has become the preferred choice of countless champions over the years; notable brand ambassadors include Lionel Messi and David Beckham.

Wear this zip hoodie from adidas as part of a gym outfit, a casual sporty look, or as a versatile everyday warmer.

I had been looking for a navy hooded zip up jacket everywhere without success-navy seems hard to find! But this product sold by Very is EXACTLY what I had been searching for and is perfect to wear for playing sports, which is what I needed it for. To top it off, it's a great brand and a fantastic price!

          Clothing

The diagram below shows the key points to measure when calculating size, then simply select the correct size from the chart above. It's best to actually take body measurements rather than measuring over clothes. You shouldn't need to 'size up' or 'down' unless you have a particular fit preference of course.

          1. The Back or Band Size (A)

Keep your bra on and measure in inches around your ribcage directly under your bust.

          • If it is an even number = add 4 ins
          • If it is an odd number = add 5 ins

This gives you the band or back size. When measuring, you should always round down! Your underband should be snug, e.g. If you achieve 29.5 ins then round down.

For example: your underband measurement is 29in then add 5 ins - you are a 34.

          2. The Cup Size (B)

Now measure around the fullest part of your bust, the full bust measurement less underband = cup size. When measuring, you should always round up!

The over bust measurement should always be generous, e.g. If you achieve 34.5 ins then round up to 35 ins.

          • 34 Back size & 34 Full Bust size = A cup
          • 34 Back size & 35 Full Bust size (+1 ins difference) = B cup
          • 34 Back size & 36 Full Bust size (+2 ins difference) = C cup
          • 34 Back size & 36 Full Bust size (+3 ins difference) = D cup... etc.

          Footwear

width - toes should have room to spread with no bulges at the shoe’s widest part.
length - there should be half an inch (1.25cm) between the end of the shoe and the longest toe.

          Ordering high leg boots

High leg boots that do not have any stretch material in them will not fit everyone. To find out whether boots will fit, use the calf measurement chart below.

In order to get the most precise measurement it’s best to get someone to measure for you.
