This is the server model, but I installed Snow Leopard on second hard drive and installed Final Cut 7.0 for Professional video editing. It seems to work fine.
Photoshop CS 5.5 installed as well. I have plugged it into my HD TV using HDMI cable. I did have to lower the refresh rate on the mac mini to display properly on my HD TV.
You can use it as a HTPC, just install PLEX software.
