          I use the product for an abs class which it is perfect for. It is very comfortable and although a good size, does not take up too much space, and is sleek.
          The only thing I was not so keen on was the smell when first opened but that is just what it is made of and then it started to fade, when aired.

            I use this product for yoga.I still need extra padding when I do the floor exercises.When my hands start to sweat it does start slipping on the mat
