Clayton Wooden Single Bed Frame and Guest Bed

Dimensions Height 106cms, width 87cms and depth 196cms.

Made from a stunning hardwood with a fantastic grain detail, the Clayton wooden bed frame and matching guest bed are a great way to get more sleep space in your home without permanently taking up too much space.

It comes in oak and white options, and you can use the set as a pair of Single size beds or, if you have a couple spending the night, the guest bed can be raised to the same level as the main bed, creating a spacey King size bed.

Solid slats provide a firm support, and you can buy the bed frames only or make an overall SAVING by adding 2 luxury quilted mattresses.

Good value for money

Best Uses

    I am fairly pleased with this bed, especially the price as I saw identical beds for a lot more on other sites. It looks nice and will be very useful for when people come to stay. The trundle moves very easily but the castors would have been better with a little brake as the slightest nudge sends it across the laminate floor!

    It did take quite a long time to put together, about 3 hours in all.

    Also, I was a bit disappointed that the side rails do not hold the mattress in place as they are level with the slats on both beds and this could mean that the mattress will overhang the bed during use. I purchased a standard single mattress and there is a gap of about 7cm at the end of the bed (though I guess you could tuck the covers in it to fill it).

    Finally, there are not enough measurements on the item description. More information would have been useful as I did not realise quite how high this bed was until I assembled it.

    All in all, good value option but left me a little disappointed.

    Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

      i bought this bed for my youngest son & he likes it very much, i know it will come in handy when my grandchildren & other family members/friends come to visit but for now the guest bed is nicely tucked away under the main single bed, a great space saver!

      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
