this phone is great value and easy to use,i like the fact their is an envelope button that flashes red if i get a missed call and is very visable from a distance so i dont have to pick the phone up and check. the ringer is loud and you can adjust the earpiece volume easily, this phone is ideal for someone who wants a modern phone that is easy to use
