Although this is a good product im sending them back (i ordered 2). The description isnt acurate, says 'fully adjustable from 2kg-20kg' the minimum weight you can have is 4kg, they also look more compact in the picture and they are rather bulky, after researching other reviews online there are lots which say they have 2 use wd40 or vaseline on the plates 2 stop them from sticking. I also think they feel a little unstable, like the weight plates could fall off!

I have to admit that judging by the picture I thought these would be quite small... but lo and behold! Upon arrival the courier brought in 2 HUGE boxes lol.
Bought these to replace my current dumbells which took up waaaay too much space. I am very impressed and cannot wait to use them along with my p90x programme! =]

Bought these to help me tone up and build muscle. The design is very good and very easy to adjust the weights so it makes using the product a breeze. Would recommend buying two of these though (I bought one to start with but decided to buy another to balance up my workouts). Already seeing the results of using them after two weeks. Highly recommended.
