The pictures of this product suggest that the entire belt massages, but in fact its just a small square area at the front of the belt. Which I may add, does nothing special - it merely vibrates at rather a slowish pace.
There is absolutely nothing good about this product and I regret that I am unable to return it.
Bottom line: Total waste of money!

I could not use it because it is NOT RECOMENDED FOR DIABETICS. You do not find this out until you have broken the seal and therfore you cannot return it.
