a very good laptop although only had it since december and the mouse keys are very loose and feel like its going to break its been well looked after to so will be sending back

this product is good quality what I would expect from hp. I like the sleek design, its ease of use. Haven't had this long but so far the performance has been great so will see how it goes after a few months. I find the touchpad very sensitive so have opted to use a mouse and like the fact that I can turn the touchpad off very easily.
This product works well. its speed, good and okay. i haven't found any serious problem with it. just so nice. The battery works over 8hrs. goood!
