Measured against machine that was installed at time and measurements were exactly the same but when it arrived height was less meaning integrated doors did not line up correctly but this was an easy fix.Did 3 lots of washing on first day and was impressed but next time I went to use it I put the same program on and it would not work. Tried all 14 programms and only 1 worked which was a cold 30 minute wash. Called very and was given a phone number for Indesit which I called. They could not do anything apart from get someone out at the earliest opportunity, 10 days time. Explained we were a working family of 4 and needed the washer and as it was only 2 days old they should get someone out sooner. They said someone would call me the following day, 10 days later I am still waiting for that phone call. They also booked me in for a visit without asking and when I called to inform them I would have to leave that morning for work they said the engineer would be here in time, lets see. [...] I am not happy with a product that when new stops working after two days

Fantastic machine,was purchased on a special offer and a good price for an intergrated one. The machine is very quiet compared to my last one, washes clothes brilliantly, the 30 minute wash is great, would definately recommend this product.

I had this machiene for 7 months and in that time it was repaired twice, one of these being a new drum, it then broke again needing yet another new drum!! Indesit were awful and would not replace the item [...]
