Nice dress, I wanted it for casual wear which it is suitable for if you like pretty frocks. I am a size 10 but the dress is more like a size 14 than the 10 that it states on the label. It is not so much "fit and flare" but more "baggy and saggy"

i bought this dress for my god daughters communion. i am 5"4 and size 14 and aged 27. wore the dress with a brown belt to pull it in on the middle a bit and with nude high heels. felt was a little short whn i sat down but i do have large thighs. everone complimented me on the day. also thought beading was kind "nana" on arrival but when on was nice. i am also bringing this dress on honeymoon with me.

This dress was lovely just what I wanted for special occasion except "TOO SHORT" was more like a top to be worn with trousers !
Bet you'd sell a lot more if it came in a more standard length.

Clothing
The diagram below shows the key points to measure when calculating size, then simply select the correct size from the chart above. It's best to actually take body measurements rather than measuring over clothes. You shouldn't need to 'size up' or 'down' unless you have a particular fit preference of course.
Dress Length

1. The Back or Band Size (A)
Keep your bra on and measure in inches around your ribcage directly under your bust.
- If it is an even number = add 4 ins
- If it is an odd number = add 5 ins
This gives you the band or back size. When measuring, you should always round down! Your underband should be snug, e.g. If you achieve 29.5 ins then round down.
For example: your underband measurement is 29in then add 5 ins - you are a 34.
2. The Cup Size (B)
Now measure around the fullest part of your bust, the full bust measurement less underband = cup size. When measuring, you should always round up!
The over bust measurement should always be generous, e.g. If you achieve 34.5 ins then round up to 35 ins.
- 34 Back size & 34 Full Bust size = A cup
- 34 Back size & 35 Full Bust size (+1 ins difference) = B cup
- 34 Back size & 36 Full Bust size (+2 ins difference) = C cup
- 34 Back size & 36 Full Bust size (+3 ins difference) = D cup... etc.
Footwear
width - toes should have room to spread with no bulges at the shoe’s widest part.
length - there should be half an inch (1.25cm) between the end of the shoe and the longest toe.

High leg boots that do not have any stretch material in them will not fit everyone. To find out whether boots will fit, use the calf measurement chart below.
In order to get the most precise measurement it’s best to get someone to measure for you.
