This has to be the best sports bra I've ever worn - so good I now have it in 3 different colours! It provided excellent support, the racerback disguises it under most of my gym tops and it actually shows that I have 2 separate breasts... As I'm sure many women have noticed that traditional sports bras tend to flatten them down into one weird lump on your chest. This bra makes me feel comfortable and confident in the gym. Well worth the money.

I have never spent much money on a sports bra before as I didn't think they were worth it, but this one has proved me wrong! I had never come across an underwired one before so I thought I'd give it a try. I wore it to a high impact exercise class a few days ago and could not believe how supportive it was! It is so comfortable and is a superb fit too. I would recommend it to anyone!

I have tried other leading brands in sports bras which have been such a let down on performance and wear/tear. I am ecstatically pleased with this purchase. It is so comfortable, breathable and holds everything in place, without squashing the bust. The quality is reflected in the price which I now would not hesitate to pay. It wears and washes very well. For me this is the only brand of sports bra I would now purchase.

The diagram below shows the key points to measure when calculating size, then simply select the correct size from the chart above. It's best to actually take body measurements rather than measuring over clothes. You shouldn't need to 'size up' or 'down' unless you have a particular fit preference of course.

1. The Back or Band Size (A)
Keep your bra on and measure in inches around your ribcage directly under your bust.
- If it is an even number = add 4 ins
- If it is an odd number = add 5 ins
This gives you the band or back size. When measuring, you should always round down! Your underband should be snug, e.g. If you achieve 29.5 ins then round down.
For example: your underband measurement is 29in then add 5 ins - you are a 34.
2. The Cup Size (B)
Now measure around the fullest part of your bust, the full bust measurement less underband = cup size. When measuring, you should always round up!
The over bust measurement should always be generous, e.g. If you achieve 34.5 ins then round up to 35 ins.
- 34 Back size & 34 Full Bust size = A cup
- 34 Back size & 35 Full Bust size (+1 ins difference) = B cup
- 34 Back size & 36 Full Bust size (+2 ins difference) = C cup
- 34 Back size & 36 Full Bust size (+3 ins difference) = D cup... etc.
Footwear
width - toes should have room to spread with no bulges at the shoe’s widest part.
length - there should be half an inch (1.25cm) between the end of the shoe and the longest toe.
