easy to use with an instant response when the open button is pressed. the touch sensor also as a quick response for the draw to open but is a nightmare when dusting as the slightest touch and the draw opens other than that no issues, it is sleek and clean looking with an excellent picture quality. we have a number of panasonic products and have always found then to be reliable and good quality.
