I must admit that I was a little worried when I opened up the packet and saw how fine the material was, but having already decided that these voiles were going to be better than nothing, I laundered them & hung them. I was pleasantly surprised. The colour is really pretty & in the sunlight gives the room a lovely glow. Whilst we can still see out of the windows really clearly (& this initially worried me, as to the level of privacy we would get) no one can see in. We even went outside & checked! (We have really nosy neighbours) Basically to see inside you'd need to have your nose pressed to the window.
The hems are finished well, but the side seams have just been heat treated & I can tell after just one wash & iron, that I am going to need to treat these carefully or risk having unravelled strands of voile material running up & down the sides.
However, considering the price and BOGOF offer - I am really pleased with my purchase.

I bought these to go in my summerhouse and they make it look really homey. I also have them in my dining room and they give good privacy and still let plenty of light in. They're easy to wash and quick to dry and excellent value for money. I'm a happy bunny and would highly recommend them.
