I use this pan to make curies and bolognaise sauses etc....its non stick and very easy to clean...could be a little deeper...but maybe its not designed for the purpose i use it for...but would definetly recommed.

followed care instructions but coating still came off 5 mths that's all it lasted and not cheap either poor quality no good manufacturers saying none stick coating not covered under warranty that means if used correctly and coating still comes off then my pan was not fit for purpose.

I was very pleased with this item, the heat distributed evenly and the lipt kept all the juices and flavour in. It is easy to clean and the decent handle made sure it was not too hot to lift. Washing was easy and provided you only use wooden spoons the surface does not scratch!
