I bought these straighteners for my teenage daughter recently, and have been borrowing them ever since... So I'm about to buy a pair for myself!
They work miracles even on my fine, straight hair - giving it shape and body - and my daughter's thick hair looks gorgeous. She hasn't found it easy to curl her hair with them, but as straighteners, they're great.

Being a previous GHD user and buying these as a temporary straightener before I buy some new ones, I have now changed my mind and my views and have decided against buying a new pair of GHD's. These straighteners are as good if not better than my GHD's and cost a hell of a lot less! They're better at both straightening and curling my hair. Brilliant!

If you need a heavy duty straightener, then this is not for you. It is ok if your hair is already quite straight. Does not heat in 15 seconds. More like three to four minutes. Also does not hold heat very well as I found I had to leave to one side frequently to get back to temperature. On the plus side, it is slim, very light and when finally straight gives a nice shine.
