This is the second Shock Absorber bra I've bought. I've had the other one about a year now and it still feels very supportive - I just needed another one, so that I don't have to wash it immediately following exercise! I use mine for running and aerobics and can honestly say that I cant see myself buying any other kind of sports bra in the future. I'm a 36D and these bra's are absolutely brilliant - no bounce whatsoever! Would not hesitate to recommend.

great bra for low impact but during combat class I was bouncing everywhere I need more support I have DD so maybe enough support for smaller cup sizers. good for low impact like spin/pilates/pump. Have yet to try it in step. But very happy other than that nice material and breaths well when I sweaty.

The diagram below shows the key points to measure when calculating size, then simply select the correct size from the chart above. It's best to actually take body measurements rather than measuring over clothes. You shouldn't need to 'size up' or 'down' unless you have a particular fit preference of course.

1. The Back or Band Size (A)
Keep your bra on and measure in inches around your ribcage directly under your bust.
- If it is an even number = add 4 ins
- If it is an odd number = add 5 ins
This gives you the band or back size. When measuring, you should always round down! Your underband should be snug, e.g. If you achieve 29.5 ins then round down.
For example: your underband measurement is 29in then add 5 ins - you are a 34.
2. The Cup Size (B)
Now measure around the fullest part of your bust, the full bust measurement less underband = cup size. When measuring, you should always round up!
The over bust measurement should always be generous, e.g. If you achieve 34.5 ins then round up to 35 ins.
- 34 Back size & 34 Full Bust size = A cup
- 34 Back size & 35 Full Bust size (+1 ins difference) = B cup
- 34 Back size & 36 Full Bust size (+2 ins difference) = C cup
- 34 Back size & 36 Full Bust size (+3 ins difference) = D cup... etc.
Footwear
width - toes should have room to spread with no bulges at the shoe’s widest part.
length - there should be half an inch (1.25cm) between the end of the shoe and the longest toe.

High leg boots that do not have any stretch material in them will not fit everyone. To find out whether boots will fit, use the calf measurement chart below.
