Comments about Shock Absorber Underwired Sports Bra:

i purchase this bra as i have had shock absorber before i find it worth the money especially having a bigger chest. i bought the same size however on this bra the straps dont have much length in the adjustment, even as short as they go they are still too long and are fine for weights etc but no good for running as the straps constantly come down meaning not as much support and very irritating!

Supportive without being overbearing. Great to high impact and jogging. Comfortable, if a bit of a struggle when first using to get on.

Comments about Shock Absorber Underwired Sports Bra:

Love this bra. It is really flattering and stylish. Gives great support and looks really good under strappy work out tops. Have been looking for a cross back sports bra for ages now and this is perfect. The straps could do with a little more adjustment as they're a little long when worn normally but not a problem when worn crossed backed. As this is what i bought it for it's not a problem. Am also going to order in white.

          Clothing

The diagram below shows the key points to measure when calculating size, then simply select the correct size from the chart above. It's best to actually take body measurements rather than measuring over clothes. You shouldn't need to 'size up' or 'down' unless you have a particular fit preference of course.

          1. The Back or Band Size (A)

Keep your bra on and measure in inches around your ribcage directly under your bust.

          • If it is an even number = add 4 ins
          • If it is an odd number = add 5 ins

This gives you the band or back size. When measuring, you should always round down! Your underband should be snug, e.g. If you achieve 29.5 ins then round down.

For example: your underband measurement is 29in then add 5 ins - you are a 34.

          2. The Cup Size (B)

Now measure around the fullest part of your bust, the full bust measurement less underband = cup size. When measuring, you should always round up!

The over bust measurement should always be generous, e.g. If you achieve 34.5 ins then round up to 35 ins.

          • 34 Back size & 34 Full Bust size = A cup
          • 34 Back size & 35 Full Bust size (+1 ins difference) = B cup
          • 34 Back size & 36 Full Bust size (+2 ins difference) = C cup
          • 34 Back size & 36 Full Bust size (+3 ins difference) = D cup... etc.

          Footwear

width - toes should have room to spread with no bulges at the shoe’s widest part.
length - there should be half an inch (1.25cm) between the end of the shoe and the longest toe.

          Ordering high leg boots

High leg boots that do not have any stretch material in them will not fit everyone. To find out whether boots will fit, use the calf measurement chart below.

In order to get the most precise measurement it’s best to get someone to measure for you.
