In the last year or o I have developed under eye bags. I have used several products - some budget and some very expensive ones and nine have really made a huge difference. This one is probably the best I have tried. The bags are definitely reducing and the skin is less saggy. It is not perfumed and is a light texture which absorbs very quickly.

Easy to use, gets rid of wrinkles, by leaving eyes puffy, the opposite of what its supposed to do!?!?! This is a cream not gel!
