      I know this pillow 'flattens' when you sleep on it but if it didn't it would have to be very hard & therefore uncomfortable.It is quite the reverse soft & comfortable to sleep on & with one shake in the morning its back to its plump self.I know from experience that with pillows you really do get what you pay for.I have given it 4 stars simply because I haven't yet washed it.

          A very comfortable pillow. Your head sinks in it so I thought it was a bit thin at first. A week later still no sore neck. If this doesn't change in the future then I can recommend this product.
