Make the most of your music with this stylish Sony mini hi-fi system.

With two stereo speakers plus a compact subwoofer for deep, rich bass, the 400W Sony MHCGTZ31 will give the sweet sounds and superb detail your ears have been craving.

This mini hi-fi is also great for music by letting you rip music from CDs straight on to your MP3 player via USB, with no need for a computer. Dual USB ports means you can even copy tracks between two MP3 players in extra quick time.

An MP3 booster improves the sound of your digital music by filling in the highs and lows in compressed audio.

You can fit in three CDs in the Sony MHCGTZ31 mini hi-fi at the same time, so there's no need to mess about - just kick back and enjoy your tunes.

An FM/AM radio tuner comes with 30 station pre-sets and a dual external antenna to pick up the best possible signal. The Sony MHCGTZ31 also supports most audio file formats, including MP3, CD-R, CD-RW, AAC and WMA (DRM).

Comments about Sony CD Mini Hifi System MHCGTZ3I.CEK:

The sound is good quality at low volume which means this is a good hi fi but i find i have to use the user eq setting in the evening because the base is very heavy even at low volume . I expected the power meter to show the peaks and lows of the sound but all it does is flash and gives no indication at all of the power and does not even flash dim and bright. As a matter of fact all the lights on the unit serve no useful purpose at all and are just a gimic and i switched them off because i find them annoying, It would have been useful to have a volume control on the subwoofer and not an off on switch as it is too powerful except in the user mode as i described. Also the usb lights are permanently lit up blue and i think they would have been better lit when in use only instead of turning to a red light.I suppose my comments may seem a bit negative but do not be put of them the sound from this unit is pure quality but i do not need disco lights in my living room . It is easy to set up and i have my tv set up through the phono leads to the speakers of the unit and instead of having 10 watt tv speakers i have really good sound from the hi fi and can change the eq ex jazz pop reggae to suite what programme i am watching.I have given this product a below 5 star rating because of the powermeter and other flashing and lit gizmos which serve no purpose but otherwise i am very impressed with it
