The shoes were slightly too big, I purchased a size 8 and I am normally between a 7 and an 8. I found them to be uncomfortable when standing for long periods however they did look stylish.
Some of the embellishments came loose throughout the course of the wedding I attended. I will probably never wear them again but they looked great on and in the photographs.

I don't high wear heels often and when I do I never manage a whole night out in them. I have big (size 8) and wide so feet I usually suffer for days afterwards with blisters, pain in my toes and the balls of my feet. But these shoes were the most comfortable heels I've ever worn! If anything they were a touch on the big side because my heel slipped out of them a couple of times during the day although they weren't too narrow which is what made them so comfortable I think.I wore them to a wedding and lasted the whole day (over 12 hours!) without feeling any discomfort at all. They cost a bit more than I would normally spend on a pair of shoes but they matched the Teatro Shoulder Pencil Dress I had bought so perfectly I just had to have them! I had so many positive comments about them throughout the day – everybody LOVED them! The only downsides I found were that firstly a couple of the embellished jewels had already come off when the shoes arrived. I fixed them back on with superglue so it wasn't all bad, just not what you expect when you spend [$] on a pair of shoes. Secondly, the inner sides of the embellished bits on the back of the shoes got damaged easily just by walking in them and them occasionally knocking heels against each other. Again, nothing I can't fix with a bit of glue because thankfully they just came loose and didn't actually fall off. If the jewels were glued on as well as (or instead of) being sewn on I think they would be a lot more hardwearing. Overall though, I absolutely loved them. A really comfortable and stunning pair of shoes! They will also look fab with a pair of jeans on a night out so I know I'll get plenty of wear out of them.

Clothing
The diagram below shows the key points to measure when calculating size, then simply select the correct size from the chart above. It's best to actually take body measurements rather than measuring over clothes. You shouldn't need to 'size up' or 'down' unless you have a particular fit preference of course.

1. The Back or Band Size (A)
Keep your bra on and measure in inches around your ribcage directly under your bust.
- If it is an even number = add 4 ins
- If it is an odd number = add 5 ins
This gives you the band or back size. When measuring, you should always round down! Your underband should be snug, e.g. If you achieve 29.5 ins then round down.
For example: your underband measurement is 29in then add 5 ins - you are a 34.
2. The Cup Size (B)
Now measure around the fullest part of your bust, the full bust measurement less underband = cup size. When measuring, you should always round up!
The over bust measurement should always be generous, e.g. If you achieve 34.5 ins then round up to 35 ins.
- 34 Back size & 34 Full Bust size = A cup
- 34 Back size & 35 Full Bust size (+1 ins difference) = B cup
- 34 Back size & 36 Full Bust size (+2 ins difference) = C cup
- 34 Back size & 36 Full Bust size (+3 ins difference) = D cup... etc.
Footwear
width - toes should have room to spread with no bulges at the shoe’s widest part.
length - there should be half an inch (1.25cm) between the end of the shoe and the longest toe.

High leg boots that do not have any stretch material in them will not fit everyone. To find out whether boots will fit, use the calf measurement chart below.
In order to get the most precise measurement it’s best to get someone to measure for you.
