I bought this dress in a size 16 as I have previously bought from the Teatro range and know that their sizes are small. I am a 36E bust and found that the dress flattened me a bit but with the correct fitting bra this could be rectified. I have bought it for a wedding and am hoping to wear it again to a family gathering later on in the year.

I ordered that lovely dress for my sons baptism... dress looks so much better for reall than on picture. fit is not to good im small petite size 8 and dress what i ordered in that size was to small in chest.. couldnt zip a ziper...and i am only 34 c so very gatted i orderd size bigger hopefully will fit this time...

Bought this dress in the closest size they had left which was a size bigger than I am and I was gutted as it really was too big :-(

This dress is absolutely stunning. It's actually a gold colour, not the peach that it looks in the photos. The material is lovely as well.
However, I ordered a 20 in this dress and I am a 20 all day long, I couldn't get the dress anywhere near me. My mum who is a size 14/16 tried it on and managed to do it up but it was EXTREMELY tight on her.

Clothing
The diagram below shows the key points to measure when calculating size, then simply select the correct size from the chart above. It's best to actually take body measurements rather than measuring over clothes. You shouldn't need to 'size up' or 'down' unless you have a particular fit preference of course.

1. The Back or Band Size (A)
Keep your bra on and measure in inches around your ribcage directly under your bust.
- If it is an even number = add 4 ins
- If it is an odd number = add 5 ins
This gives you the band or back size. When measuring, you should always round down! Your underband should be snug, e.g. If you achieve 29.5 ins then round down.
For example: your underband measurement is 29in then add 5 ins - you are a 34.
2. The Cup Size (B)
Now measure around the fullest part of your bust, the full bust measurement less underband = cup size. When measuring, you should always round up!
The over bust measurement should always be generous, e.g. If you achieve 34.5 ins then round up to 35 ins.
- 34 Back size & 34 Full Bust size = A cup
- 34 Back size & 35 Full Bust size (+1 ins difference) = B cup
- 34 Back size & 36 Full Bust size (+2 ins difference) = C cup
- 34 Back size & 36 Full Bust size (+3 ins difference) = D cup... etc.
Footwear
width - toes should have room to spread with no bulges at the shoe’s widest part.
length - there should be half an inch (1.25cm) between the end of the shoe and the longest toe.
Ordering high leg boots
High leg boots that do not have any stretch material in them will not fit everyone. To find out whether boots will fit, use the calf measurement chart below.
In order to get the most precise measurement it’s best to get someone to measure for you.
