I sent the first one back because one of the suction cups didn't work and the rail kept sliding one one side. I ordered another hoping the first one was just defective but the second one wouldn't stay up at all. It's a shame, nice looking product, good idea in principle but it just doesn't work.

I followed the instructions to the latter It wouldn't stay on for more than 30 mins!! Had to return. For [£] this isn't good enough I wouldn't pay 15p for this.

Merchant Response:We're sorry you are not happy with this product. This type of product works exceptionally well on completely flat glazed tiles. It is not recommended for slightly textured or 'matt' glaze tiles.
