I got this upright to replace an old vax, this machine has cleared my car and home carpets of dog hairs and all the dirt two water and dirt loving dogs can throw at me. My carpets move with the power of this products suction, I'd recommend this upright to any dog owner.

absolute rubbish, have been using brooms and dustpan and brush as this is a waste of space piece of junk! lost suction after one week of use and has never returned, so hard to clean takes longer to clean then half a days housework! not made for pet hair at all as it instantly starts to clong up the'amazing cyclones'

10 MINS HOOVERING THEN CUTS OUT AND NEEDS CLEANING TAKES HALF AN HOUR AND DRYING TIME FOR FILTERS! COULD PICK UP BY HAND QUICKER!

I bought this to replace another pet hoover, thought it would be great as backed by vax. How wrong i was the belt broke quickly, (although vax replaced this free of charge and very quickly) and the filters become blocked very quickly and you then have to clean all the filters out before it goes back to full suction. which is a pain as i bought this because it states that the suction remains constant. The cable holder at the back is to small for the amount of cable that is the only good thing about this hoover is the length of cable if i was able to i would return. But i am now looking to replace it rather than do this. i suggest you walk away and spend more it a poor design copy of a more well known hoover.
