• FREE Next Day Delivery With Collect+
As long as you order before 9pm and ALL the items in your basket qualify for Collect+ (which means small parcels one delivery person can carry) and if you select Collect+ at checkout as your delivery option, then you'll get your delivery for free. Just pick up your parcel from your local shop, some of them are even open late at night, even handier! Find out more about FREE Delivery >
• Standard Next Day Delivery - £3.95
Place your order before 9pm Monday through to Friday or 4pm Sunday to get it the very next day. And yes, this means if you place an order on Friday (before 9pm of course!) we'll get it to you on Saturday!
Just to let you know, our Next Day Delivery is not available on certain items during sales (because it gets so busy!). You should always check the delivery for each item when you order for specific delivery details.
• Specified Day - £4.95
Life doesn't always work around a timetable so if you need a specific delivery date we can help. You can choose a delivery date that's up to 8 days in the future.
• Collect+ at Christmas
Don’t worry if you need to collect or return a parcel over the Christmas holiday - most Collect+ stores will be open. Just check with your local store for opening times before you set off.
• Standard Delivery
For all appliances and furniture standard delivery is usually within 10 working days and costs £6.95
• Express Delivery
If you want an express delivery service, usually completed within 3 days, additional costs will apply. If a product has this service you will be notified on the product page which will include the additional cost.
