You will receive your policy documents containing full terms and conditions
by email. These will also be available for you to view, download and print
in your online Account.
Please remember to check if your item is already covered by another
insurance policy and be aware that if you choose to register your product
for any additional extended warranty cover offered by the product
manufacturer, it could lead to some duplication of cover.
Shop Direct Finance Company will receive a commission from the Insurer for
arranging and administering your Insurance policy.
You can choose how to pay for your monthly insurance. If you choose to add
it to your VeryPay account, you will be consenting to the premium being
charged automatically each month until the policy is cancelled. If you
choose to pay in full by debit or credit card, we will take your first
month’s premium at checkout and we will contact you by email each month to
request payment of the next premium.
You can cancel at any time by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your policy
will expire at the end of the month you have paid for.
