Dawes Elegance Low Step Electric Hybrid Bike combines the best of both worlds - the joy of an electric bike in a timeless heritage design.

CLASSIC DESIGN, MODERN CONSTRUCTION
The Elegance uses a lightweight aluminium frame, designed to look just like a traditional steel-frame heritage bike. This provides an easier ride while offering greater control, whether you’re riding around town or along local canal towpaths.

POWER YOU CAN RELY ON
The bike is powered by the reliable Bafang rear hub motor system that delivers 32nm of torque, making light work of hills and flat terrain riding a breeze.  The 375wh battery is neatly housed within the rear pannier rack, delivers up to 40 miles/64km of range and can be charged from flat in 5 hours. The added security of a key lock for the battery gives you peace of mind when parked up in a public place, and the battery can be easily removed from the rack to charge on or off the bike.

LED HANDLEBAR DISPLAY
Use the handy LED handlebar display to choose from 5 different modes and let Elegance know how much assistance you want. It also has walk assist mode that engages the motor to help drive the bike when pushing up steeper hills.

MADE WITH REAL LIFE IN MIND
7-speed Shimano Tourney gear system with Revoshift twist style shifter for easy gear changes, and super-low maintenance V-brakes. The puncture-protected tyres provide an extra layer of protection against unwanted punctures while the ergonomically shaped grips and a soft Selle Royal Freeway saddle make the Elegance a superbly comfortable ride. It comes fully equipped with a pannier rack, full-length mudguards, kickstand and chainguard to keep you as dry and clean as possible whatever the weather.
