Our salted caramel melted into cocoa vodka.First we infuse our vodka with a malty, toasted edge of cocoa, then melt in salted caramel. Our expertise? We're the only chocolatier to run two bars; one on our Saint Lucian cocoa plantation and the other at our restaurant in London's Borough Market.
Not only is this a lot of fun, it also means we've learnt a thing or two about what cocoa shells add to vodka infusions mixed with sea salted caramel best loved in our chocolate. Result? Perfection, bottled. Serve over lots of ice.
