Ironman Keauhou Boys Bike 16 inch WheelThe IRONMAN Keauhou 16 makes sure that entering the world of real cycling will be a good and fun experience. With its lightweight but tough 6061 aluminium frame, single speed set up and 16" wheels with easy rolling tyres.<br><br>The frame is tailored specifically for the needs of younger riders to help build confidence and to make the transition to pedalling on 2 wheels smoother. With an alloy frame the bike is lighter than a steel framed bike, so not so tiring to pick up and handle. The rigid front fork helps keep the steering agile and responsive, but also keeps the overall weight of the bike down. A 28 tooth chain ring and 16 tooth freewheel creates an easy to pedal gear ratio that is enhance by the use of a cartridge bottom bracket. The double chainset guards protect fingers and clothes but also helps stop the chain from jumping off the cogs. <br><br>It's 16" lightweight alloy rimmed wheels are fitted with easy rolling city tread tyres that are slight wider than standard to give a little extra cushioning and comfort. Scaled to work for younger riders the IRONMAN Keauhou 16 features junior specific pedals, soft grips and a padded IRONMAN printed saddle.
