With a 28 cm diameter and a 4-litre capacity, the cast aluminium construction means that not only is it incredibly strong and sturdy, but it also distributes heat quickly and evenly throughout. A stainless steel base allows you to use the pan on any hob, including induction, and it’s also oven safe to 200°C/392°F/Gas Mark 6. This means it’s ideal for whipping up a family-filling casserole or even making fresh, crusty bread, and the self-basting lid helps to keep moisture in the pan while cooking.

The midnight blue exterior is finished with an incredibly tough double scratch-proof layer, while the coordinating interior has non-stick properties, so you can cook with little to no oil, and the washing up is easier too!
