The Global Master Trainer teams up with Nike and Very to take us through a series of home workouts alongside her son.

15 minute workout for adults and children, consisting of:

Warm Up
1. Walk Outs (60 seconds)
2. Banana Bends (60 seconds)

Main Workout
1. Squat & Reach (90 seconds)
2. Flying Circles (90 seconds)
3. Crab Toe Touches (90 seconds)
4. Balancing Reaches (90 seconds)

Core Challenge
Side Plank Rotations (2 minutes)

Game
Funky High Fives (3 minutes)

Cool Down
1. Hang Low (60 seconds)
2. Scorpions (60 seconds)

Warm Up

It's important to prepare your body for exercise with a warm up. Loosen up your joints and get the blood flowing to your muscles with these cardio-driven moves.

Workout

Okay now you're getting into... This is the main part of your workout; so, remember to concentrate on your form, give it maximum effort, and most of all - have some fun!

Core Challenge

Side plank rotations (2 minutes)

1. Lie on your side, resting on your forearm, with your hips up, with both adult and child are back to back

2. Clap your hands together by rotating under your bodies

3. Clap your hands together by rotating over your bodies

Game

Funky High Fives (3 minutes)

1. Start on all fours moving around. Can you high five with your right hands without falling over?

2. Can you high five with your left hands without falling over?

3. Can you high five with your right feet without falling over?

4. Can you high five with your left feet without falling over?

5. What funny ways did you have to twist your bodies?

Cool Down

It's time to ease up but we're not done yet. These three stretches can reduce stiffness and allow your heart rate to gradually return to normal levels.
