The cover period includes the manufacturer's warranty.
Service Guarantee excludes some situations including accidental damage, any wilful act or neglect. You may already be covered by another product. Full details of what is not included can be found in the Terms and Conditions.
At the end of the initial Service Guarantee period it may be automatically extended. If you purchase your Service Guarantee using your credit account, you are also authorising the payment of extensions via this method.
