Whatever the intensity of your workout, the right sports bra is one of the most important pieces of your kit. Your sports bra should fit correctly and provide support with a locked in feel, so that you can run, jump or lunge without restriction.

Every time you move your breasts bounce in multiple directions which can lead to your Coopers Ligament (the tissue that provides natural support) becoming permanently damaged. This can lead to sagging and an uneven appearance, and once that happens there's no bouncing back - which is why your sports bra is key in order to keep everything in place.

Using our guide, you can select your cup size, your level of activity and get a recommendation of what bra you should be wearing.

In order to protect the all-important Coopers Ligament that supports your breasts, it's imperative that your switch up your bra to suit your workout, so that means no light support styles for your morning jog!

Support is seriously important for your cup size, meaning a low impact piece isn’t going to be right for you, but don't worry, we can help you find your perfect bra that provides optimum support so that you can enjoy every workout.
