This self-adhesive vinyl wrap from D-C-Fix allows you to showcase the timeless appearance of oak wood at a fraction of the cost and effort of the real thing. The Sheffield motif has a realistic wood grain that looks incredible, and it comes in an earthy grey tone that’s incredibly versatile.

Highly rated for opacity, lightfastedness and durability, it’s designed with convenience in mind, and allows you to produce a whole new look without having to rip out your current cupboards and units. Applying it is incredibly easy, as you just need to peel off the backing little by little, stick it on your chosen surface, then smooth it down to eliminate air bubbles and smaller imperfections. A water-based, low-tack adhesion means you can rest assured in the knowledge that it can be peeled back and repositioned if you don’t quite line it up right first time.

It’s naturally pliable and easy to wrap around corners or worktop edges, however you can also gently warm it with a hairdryer to make things even simpler. A total coverage area of 90 x 500 cm means you can revamp a chest of drawers, a pair of bedside cabinets or even bring a whole new look to your kitchen units.

Heat-resistant up to 70 degrees Celsius, it will withstand the heat from hot cups and plates (but not pans) when used on kitchen counters, and you can also add sealant along the edges to make it watertight. Not only does this mean you can apply it in the kitchen, above a sink or near your hob, but also around your bath.

This vinyl is fully removable, too, so if you damage or stain a section, or simply fancy changing the look, you can use a hairdryer to heat it up before peeling it off.

Please note: as this vinyl is not heat-resistant beyond 70 degrees C, it should not be used as a splashback behind your hob.
