At it's core, the Venture 1.0 is a minimalist trekking hybrid focused on delivering exceptional value, low maintenance and versatility without sacrificing quality and comfort. The lightweight aluminium frame and sturdy steel fork means the Venture 1.0 is capable of city riding, canal towpaths and anything in between. The frame has bosses so that it can be fully equipped with mudguards, racks and a kickstand if you want to add further versatility.
A single front chainring is simple, low maintenance and lower in weight than one with more gears and the idea is borrowed directly from gravel bikes and mountain bikes where reliability and simplicity is key. Six gears at the rear courtesy of Shimano are reliable and offers plenty of range to tackle all sorts of terrain.
