Combining soothing extracts of arnica, birch and witch hazel with cooling camphor and menthol, this multi-functional gel will instantly relieve tired legs and muscles. Perfect for the shoulders, neck, temples and across the forehead, it's even suitable for use during pregnancy.

How to use

Apply after a shower or bath.

1. Warm a small amount into the palms and gently massage over problem areas with circular motions
2. For scalp and head tension, place a pea-sized amount on the fingertips and gently massage into the temples and across the forehead
