The Circulaire Fan reduces cooking time by 20% using a clever combination of fan and rear heat circling between shelves for all-round temperature. Giving you even results, you also use 10-20°c less heat compared to conventional oven cooking. Catalytic liners also absorb fat and grease to make cleaning much easier.
