To achieve the perfect self tan, all you need to do is prepare your skin properly. Exfoliating is the number one rule when it comes to your pre-tan regime - use St Tropez's body polishes to remove any dead skin cells, setting you on your way to an even, streak-free tan. Next, moisturise any areas that are still dry, paying particular attention to your knees and elbows, then use an application mitt to apply your choice of product in long upwards strokes.
