Coronavirus Update – delivery times and options

On smaller items we continue to deliver to Home and Click & Collect locations. You will be presented with the accurate delivery time for each item in your basket at checkout. At busy times this may be a little longer than normal.

On most large items, you can book your preferred day for delivery at checkout. Some items, direct from our suppliers, require a little more time and we’ll be in touch to discuss your delivery once it's ready. We’ll contact you before we arrive to arrange a doorstep, safe place or room of choice delivery. Please note, room of choice may not be available for some products delivered direct from suppliers. Also on the day we’ll ask you a number of COVID-19 related questions e.g. if anyone is self-isolating, which may impact the added service options available.

For all existing orders you can check the delivery status within 'My Account' via our website or the App.

Gift delivery

Delivered to their door

If you’d like to send someone a gift straight to their address it’s really simple. Just add them to your Address Book in My Account and then choose them as your alternative delivery address at checkout.

Free Delivery with Click & Collect on orders £30 or more. Orders under £30 carry a £3 delivery charge.

Orders will be delivered to one of the 1000s of Collect+ stores or Post Offices (on selected lines only) and usually delivered the next working day if ordered before 10pm (Sun – Fri).

Exclusions apply, determined by size, weight or whether delivered direct from one of our suppliers.

Our large item delivery services are subject to driver and vehicle availability. You'll be able to see whether Next Day delivery is available to you once you enter your postcode on the product page.

We deliver UK-wide but our delivery services may take a little longer if you live in remote areas like the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland.

Some items come direct from suppliers. If so, we'll give you an estimated availability time frame on the product page and this will translate into an estimated ‘delivery by’ date at check-out based on working days. Our carrier will contact you once the goods have arrived with them to agree the actual suitable delivery date with you. You can also track your order’s progress in MyAccount.

Next day delivery isn't available on certain items during sales and other promotions. Check the items delivery info at check out.

Click & Collect

Select Click & Collect

At the checkout, select Click & Collect and the collection point you’d like to collect your parcel from.

2.

Wait for your collection comms

We will send you an email or SMS when your item has arrived and is ready to collect.

3.

Collect at store

Take the code and your ID to the Click & Collect pick up point and collect your parcel.

Coronavirus Update

Our standard Approval Guarantee returns window is 28 days.

For larger goods, please request a return by calling our Customer Service Team within the 28-day approval period to inform us you would like to return the item.

We've changed how you return items:

  1. Visit the 'Returns' tab in My Account or the 'My Orders' tab if using our app within the 28 day approval guarantee and select the items you wish to return
  2. Choose Collect+ or Post Office and click ‘Get Label’ and follow the steps on screen to generate your code.
  3. As normal fill in the reason to return code in the box on the advice note for each item you are returning and place the form and all items inside the parcel
  4. Drop your parcel at your selected Collect+ store or Post Office and show your code. The returns address label will be printed for you.

Please note: If possible, please return all items in the same parcel, you only need to click ‘Get Label’ once and generate 1 code. If you are sending back multiple parcels you will need separate labels for each parcel as they have unique tracking numbers.

Returns

Need to return an item? No problem, we have a number of options for you to choose from. Before you do, we would ask you to read our returns policy to make sure your item is returnable. Visit the 'Returns' tab in 'My Account' or the 'My Orders' tab if using our App within the 28 day approval guarantee period select the items you wish to return and follow the instructions. When packaging up your return, please make sure you include all of the parts in the parcel and for the environment where possible try using the packaging we sent you.

Max Size Limit: Depth 60cm x Length 90cm x Width 60cm

Service: Fast, convenient and great if you're out all day or really busy and most are open late 7 days a week. Find out more.

Post Office

Charge: Free under our 28 day approval guarantee

Max Weight Limit: Up to 20KG

Max Size Limit: Depth 46cm x Length 61cm x Width 46cm

Service: Return small items weighing up to 20KG via the Post Office. Any items exceeding the weight limit will incur a charge.

Home Collection

Charge: Free under our 28 day approval guarantee

Max Weight Limit: Large items only

Service: Have our courier service come and collect those big and bulky items. Arrange a collection via My Account. Please note, a collection date will be arranged with you by our carrier within 24hrs of your request. Watch out for the text and/or email offering suitable dates for your collection

My Account

We always attempt to process your returns as soon as they arrive back to us. Please allow up to 14 days for your account to be credited.

Click & Collect

Download your Collect+ or Post Office code from My Account .

2.

Drop your package off at your local Collect+ store or Post Office & show your code. The returns address label will be printed for you.​

3.

Keep a record of your receipt and track your return online.
