The all-new Dawes Spire 1.0 Electric Bike is a versatile hybrid - perfect for the daily commute, popping to the shops or riding your local park or canal towpath.

The Dawes Spire 1.0 Crossbar offers a practical and reliable electric hybrid option suitable for daily commutes, errands, or weekend rides. Powered by a Bafang rear hub motor with 32Nm torque and a 360Wh Samsung integrated battery, it delivers over 40 miles (64 km) of pedal assist. The battery is tool-free removable, charges fully in five hours, and includes a lock for peace of mind. The bike features dependable Shimano Altus 1x8 speed gearing and Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes, providing smooth gear changes and powerful braking. A 70mm travel suspension fork with hydraulic lockout improves comfort on rougher surfaces. The handlebar-mounted display offers five assist modes, speed and distance tracking, and walk-assist to ease pushing the bike uphill. Comfort is enhanced with a Selle Royal Freeway saddle, ergonomic grips, and puncture-protected 700x45c Kenda tyres with reflective sidewalls for safety. Equipped with front and rear LED lights powered from the battery, full mudguards, a rear pannier rack, and kickstand, the Spire 1.0 is ready for everyday urban and recreational cycling.
