From delicious chicken baked with pesto to fresh veggies and joints of meat, this set of 2 Eclipse roasting trays by Denby will level up your cooking. With one measuring 35 cm, the other 28 cm, each one is made from heavy-duty carbon steel and takes advantage of the robust non-stick textured coating. Not only does this unique surface allow for better heat conduction, achieving better browning as you cook, but it also ensures easy food release. Oven safe up to 230°C/445°F/Gas Mark 8. Suitable for use under the grill for short periods. Not suitable for microwaves or for use on hobs. Always use silicone, heat-resistant nylon or wooden utensils. Do not use metal utensils as they may scratch the non stick surface. Always use an oven glove or mitt when handling hot bakeware. Wash in warm soapy water, or in the dishwasher. Washing in warm soapy water recommended. Do not use steel wool or metal pads. Allow the bakeware to cool before immersing in water. Care is to be taken with cooking meat products at high heats to avoid over caramelisation and sticking to the pan. PFAS Free.
