The Cut and Carve Plus chopping board from Joseph Joseph features a double-sided design that helps with a whole range of food prep tasks.

Measuring 41 x 29 cm, it’s made from durable polypropylene and one side has an integrated meat grip that keeps joints of beef or chicken portions in place as you cut them, along with angled surfaces and clever easy-pour corners (so disposing of excess liquids or food is nice and simple). The other surface is completely smooth for general cutting, slicing and food prep.

It’s finished with non-slip feet to keep it steady when in use, as well as soft-grip sides so it’s comfortable to hold when adding ingredients to your meals.
