With a 28 cm diameter, the cast aluminium construction is incredibly strong and sturdy, as well as being a fantastic heat conductor. A stainless steel base allows you to use the pan on any hob, including induction, and it’s also oven safe to 200°C/392°F/Gas Mark 6. This means it’s ideal for whipping up a family-filling casserole or even making fresh, crusty bread. The self-basting lid also helps to keep moisture in the pan while cooking, so you don’t need to worry about delicious joints of meat or baked chicken thighs drying out as they cook.

Classic in black, the exterior is finished with an incredibly tough double scratch-proof layer, while the coordinating interior has non-stick properties, so you can cook with little to no oil, and the washing up is easier too!
