The My Viv Pelvic Dilator Set is designed to support comfort and confidence through gradual use. This three-piece set includes smooth silicone dilators that can be used progressively to help relax and ease muscle tension. Each dilator features a rounded handle for easy grip and a tapered tip for gentle use. Take time to move at your own pace, starting with the smallest size and increasing gradually as you feel comfortable. Start by relaxing and taking things slowly. Hold the round end of the smallest dilator. Use the My Viv Water-Based Lubricant to cover the tapered end of the dilator to assist with insertion. Leave the rounded handle dry so it remains easy to grip. We’d suggest lying back so you’re comfortable and slowly inserting the tapered tip to a depth that you are comfortable with. Keep hold of the rounded end, and ensure this part remains outside of your body. Leave in place for a short time, we suggest 15 minutes.
