At the checkout, select Click & Collect and the collection point you’d like to collect your parcel from.
We will send you an email or SMS when your item has arrived and is ready to collect.
Take the code and your ID to the Click & Collect pick up point and collect your parcel. For lockers take your code to the locker, scan it, and collect your parcel (no ID required).

Contact usReturns are FREE under our 28-day approval guarantee - items must be complete, unused and in their original packaging, with any security tags intact.
We’ll process your refund once we have received and checked your item(s) meet the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to arrive once you have sent your item(s).
We thought it might be re-assuring to know that, just in case you need to send a Christmas gift back to us, we’re extending our 28-day approval guarantee so you can return any unused gifts bought between Thursday 1st October 2026 and Thursday 10th December 2026.
To qualify, you‘ll need to make sure these items are complete, unused, in the original packaging and are returned to us by Friday 8th January 2027. All the usual approval guarantee conditions apply. Just so you know, Christmas trees and decorations are excluded from this extension.
Gifts purchased from Friday 11th December 2026 are returnable under our normal 28-day approval guarantee, giving you time to return after Christmas.
