It applies to all our Black Friday items, look out for the Black Friday Deal badge on these products. To claim, just give us a call on 0800 11 00 00. As long as your claim is eligible, we'll sort your refund for you.

This Black Friday Price Promise applies to products included in our Black Friday event excluding products subject to promo code activity, flash deals and the specific exclusions in paragraph 5 of these terms (“Black Friday Products”). The Black Friday Price Promise will run during the period 28th October to 4th December 2026 (“Black Friday Period”).

If you buy a Black Friday Product during the Black Friday Period and the selling price of that Black Friday Product is later reduced by us during the Black Friday Period, you can claim a refund of the difference in accordance with these terms.

How can I make a claim?

To make a claim you should get in touch with Customer Services by phoning 0800 11 00 00, during the Black Friday Period and give:

• Your account number;

• Details of the product and its pricing.

How do I qualify for a refund?

Very will refund the price difference where the lower-priced product is identical to the product originally purchased.

Very will not refund the price difference where:

• The Black Friday Product bought from Very has been cancelled, returned, or refunded;

• The lower price is the result of an obvious pricing error or technical error;

• The lower price is available only through a discount code, voucher, staff sales, membership scheme, personalised offer or flash deals;

• The product is out of stock or unavailable to buy at the lower price when the claim is submitted; or

• The lower price relates to a bundle, multi-buy or other promotional mechanic not available at the time of the original purchase.

Where a valid claim is approved, Very will refund you the difference between:

• The price you paid for the Black Friday Product; and

• The lower selling price later displayed on the Website.

Refunds will be made using your original payment method where possible.

Very reserves the right to verify all claims before issuing a refund and may reject any claim that does not comply with these terms or where fraud, abuse or misuse of the promotion is reasonably suspected.

Very reserves the right to add or remove individual products from the list of Black Friday Product at any time.

Very reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Black Friday Price Promise at any time.
