The DGA454Z is a 115mm diameter cordless Angle Grinder, designed for heavy duty grinding applications, powered by 18V Li-ion LXT slide type battery (not included), to supply energy to the powerful 18V brushless motor, with soft start and automatic speed control, to deliver up to 8,500 rpm for speedy cutting and grinding. The DGA454Z is equipped with slide switch with lock-on, anti-restart function, soft grip, 3 stage LED gauge to indicate battery charge level, overheating and overload, the side handle can be installed on either side of the tool, spindle lock for quick and easy wheel changes, wheel cover to protect the user from accidental scattering of broken wheel or workpiece and rotatable gear housing to suit most cutting and grinding applications. The DGA454Z can be connected to a dust extraction system with an optional dust collecting wheel cover (not included). DGA454Z features Automatic Torque Drive Technology (ADT), designed to adjust the speed and torque during operation and Active Feedback Sensing Technology (AFT), designed to turn the motor off if rotation suddenly slows down or the wheel is forced to stop. Maximum capacity disc paper 115mm, cup brush 75mm, rubber pad diameter 100mm and maximum abrasive wheel thickness 6.4mm. 22.23mm bore and M14x2.0 thread. The DGA454Z is not compatible with G-Series batteries.
