What if I find it cheaper?

If you spot a lower price on an eligible retailer's website within 7 days of buying, we'll refund you the difference.

Eligible retailers are Argos, Currys, Smyths, The Entertainer, AO and John Lewis

Very offers Price Promise when you buy a product from Very’s Electrical or Toy departments excluding DIY Tools, Personal Care and Sports Equipment (each a "Qualifying Product"), then find the same product being sold on a website operated by Argos, Currys, Smyths, The Entertainer, AO and John Lewis (the "Retailers") at a lower price.

If you find an identical Qualifying Product being sold for a lower price on a Retailer's website within seven (7) days of buying the product from Very, om Very, you can get in touch to request a price refund of the difference.

How can I make a claim?

To make a claim, you need to contact Very Customer Services on 0800 11 00 00 within seven (7) days of your purchase date from Very and provide:

• Your account number;

• Details of the Qualifying Product; and

• Details of the lower price advertised on the Retailer's website.

If you submit your claim more than seven (7) days after the purchase date from Very, it won’t be eligible for a refund.

How do I qualify for a refund?

Very will refund the price difference where:

• The lower-priced product is identical to the Qualifying Product purchased from Very; and

• The lower price is live, and the product is available to order, on the Retailer's website at the time the claim is reviewed by Very.

Very will not refund the price difference where:

• The Qualifying Product from Very has been cancelled, returned or refunded;

• The product is out of stock or unavailable on the Retailer's website when the claim is submitted or reviewed;

• The lower price is available only through a discount code, voucher, staff sales, membership scheme, finance offer, cashback promotion or any other promotional mechanic not generally available to all customers; or

• The claim is submitted outside the seven (7) day claim period.

Very will only price match against the advertised selling price on the Retailers' websites only.

Where a valid claim is approved, Very will refund the difference between:

• The price paid by the customer for the Qualifying Product from Very; and

• The lower selling price displayed on the Retailer's website.

Refunds will be made using your original payment method where possible.

What’s not included?

Any services associated with a Qualifying Product, including delivery, installation and extended warranties, are excluded from the Price Promise.

Very reserves the right to verify all claims before issuing a refund and may refuse any claim that does not comply with these terms or where they suspect fraud, abuse or misuse of the promotion.

Very reserves the right to add or remove Qualifying Products and/or Retailers from the Price Promise at any time.

Very reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or amend this Price Promise at any time. They’ll let you know about any such changes on the Very website.
