Set up a flexible free-weight station with the York Squat Stands. These two separate stands can be spaced to suit your bar and exercise, whether you are squatting or combining them with a compatible weight bench for pressing.

Heavy-duty 2-inch steel construction provides a solid training frame and the height adjusts from 100cm to 171cm. Built-in pegs accommodate compatible 1-inch standard plates for storage.
