How it works

Very is proud to have partnered with MTR on the Trade-in service, making it super simple for you to get money for your old device. 

1. Click / tap 'Get a quote' and you'll be taken to MTR's external portal to find out how much your old device is worth. Simply answer a few easy questions on the condition of your old device to find out how much you'll receive. 

2. If you're happy to go ahead with the quoted price, you'll be sent a Trade-in pack which contains everything you need to package and send your old device. Alternatively, you can print off a label at home and parcel it up yourself. Whatever option you choose, there's free postage on all Trade-ins. 

3. Once your device arrives at MTR, it'll be checked over to make sure everything matches your description. All being well, the money will be transferred straight into your bank account that same day. 

Please note that we can only offer Trade-in to individual customers, not businesses.

Free postage and returns

Sending your old device for Trade-in is completely free, and you won't have to pay any postage. Should there be a problem with your device, it'll be sent back to you free of charge.
